The Biofilm Hack

we know how bad problem skin feels.

We’ve loved being a part of tbh’s phenomenal growth spurt in 2023. Tapped to create a two-part content series for the solution-focused Australian skincare brand, we led with creative that spoke directly to their Gen Z target audience by acknowledging the psychological impact of acne brought to life by a fresh cast of relatable faces.

Part One — Brand Video

For Part One, crybaby produced and directed a hero brand video and How To product explainers, along with a suite of stills for the tbh website and social platforms.

Part Two — Priceline Campaign

Part two was about marking tbh’s partnership with Priceline; we worked with one of the retailer’s most popular ambassadors and genuine tbh fan Olivia Molly Rogers to create video and stills content to run across TV, OOH, social media and digital advertising. To the absolute delight of all involved, both creative campaigns saw sales in the four-week campaign period increase over 270% YOY
